Support Policy

Support is provided via email only on a reasonable endeavours basis. We do not normally provide telephone support as this would increase the cost of our spreadsheet.

Support is only available for purchasers of Lender Spreadsheet PRO, not the Lite edition.

In general we answer emails within a few hours if we receive them during US business hours but please allow 48 hours.

If you complete the support form within your PRO account we will receive your feedback via email and will use reasonable endeavors to fix the problem. If still not satisfied, your sole remedy is to delete this software from your computer and receive a FULL REFUND from us of the price you paid.

We do not sell or disclose your email address or other information to anyone ever, or send SPAM emails. Please review our Privacy Policy.

Future contact regarding your purchase
To agree to us contacting you in the future regarding your purchase and/or technical support, you have the opportunity to tick a box at registration.

For example, if in the future there is a new version of our spreadsheet available that you are eligible to receive, then we would email you to advise you that you can login to your account to download the latest version.

Contact for technical support
If you are a PRO customer, you will be able to send us a message from within your account to request technical support. By contacting us and supplying your email address, you agree to us contacting you back via email in order to assist you further.


No software manufacturer can or will guarantee their software is 100% bug free. Nor can we.

If you complete the support form, we will receive your feedback via email and will use reasonable endeavors to fix the problem. If still not satisfied, your sole remedy is to delete this software from your computer and receive a FULL REFUND from us of the price you paid.

In common with all other software providers we accept no responsibility for any losses or costs incurred by you while using this spreadsheet.

If we find there is a bug in our software which we are able to fix, we will send you an updated version. We will also email the updated version along with a description and upgrade instructions if necessary to all other customers.

If we need more information, we will contact you via email and advise you of any questions.

Sending us information for diagnostic purposes

We may need to see the exact spreadsheet you are having problems with. If that is the case, we will ask you to make a copy of the file and then edit it to remove confidential information, such as your borrower’s social security number, names, addresses and other contact information.

Any information you do send us will be treated as strictly confidential and immediately deleted once we have finished our review.

Phone Contact

Technical support is normally provided via email only. In rare circumstances it might be necessary and quicker to discuss with you over the phone. This would be by agreement with us that we will call you if you supply your phone number for a specific reason. If you do provide us your phone number for technical support, we will never disclose it to anyone.

Download Policy

When you purchase Lender Spreadsheet Pro, you will gain access to a PRO customer area that you can login into using the account you created during purchase.

There is no time limit on downloading your purchase, as it will always be available within your account. Any new versions will be made available in this download area.

For Lite accounts, the download page is also available without time limit after registration.

Upgrade Policy

Customers of Lender Software Pro v1.7.x are eligible for a free upgrade to Lender Spreadsheet PRO v2.x as long as they have not received a full refund for any reason. Apply for your copy now.

From time to time we may improve Lender Spreadsheet and design a new or updated version, although there is no guarantee we will release a new version beyond version 2.0.

Customers of Lender Software PRO v2.x are eligible for any v2 bug fixes.

You can check our Change Log to see if you have the latest version.
